SFMA Advanced

I went to the SFMA Advanced class this past weekend and I highly recommend it for anyone who is doing the SFMA.  It’s what we were all looking for in the first class, but I think practicing and knowing the SFMA somewhat is very beneficial.  So practice your breakouts and then get in there, it will help your practice tremendously – at least it seems that way right now.  Now I need to take a Dry Needling course…
