Spending Money for your Physical Health

Mike Boyle is a great strength and conditioning coach and leader in the field.  He has said that the easiest way to justify spending money on personal training or coaching services is that you will spend the time and money doing something you enjoy vs. spending money being treated for a painful problem.  You can spend the time training with a coach / trainer / therapist or you can spend the time waiting in doctor’s offices for evaluations and xrays / MRIs.  I know which one I would choose.
