Training Plan for the Week

Just wanted to get some thoughts on paper and warn mom and Kate about what I have in mind.

Tuesday:
Warm Up:
Standard lunges and bands
karioka, backwards running, side shuffle
single leg planks

Super Set:
single leg deadlift skill – light weight to work on balance and form
foam rolling something
Pushups – low surface

Workout: we’ll negotiate time and reps
Wall Ball
Rope Row
1 Arm KB carry in a rack position
Low / Fast Step Ups

Thursday:
Warm Up:
lateral lunges
kettlebell halo
high knee, butt kick
side planks

Super Set:
Single leg sit to stand
Pull ups
Stretch or foam roll something

Workout:
KB Swing
Push Press – barbell, 5 reps ~50% or so max
Run
Tire Pull / Push
